Approaches

Brainspotting

A gentle, body-based therapy that helps access and release deeply held trauma, anxiety, or emotional blocks often beyond what words can reach.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or like traditional talk therapy hasn’t quite gotten to the root, Brainspotting offers a new path forward.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS helps you understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself like the inner critic, the people-pleaser, or the anxious protector.
Instead of fighting these parts, we get curious about them. It’s a gentle way to reconnect with your core self and feel more whole.

Psychodynamic Therapy

A collaborative space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with the support of a trained therapist. Psychotherapy can help with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or simply the desire for self-understanding.

Somatic Therapy

This approach focuses on the connection between your body and emotions. By tuning into physical sensations, you can process trauma, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded in your body.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

A research-backed method for strengthening emotional bonds, especially in couples. EFT helps partners move from conflict and disconnection to safety, trust, and emotional closeness.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT / Tapping)

EFT blends talk therapy with light tapping on acupuncture points to help reduce emotional distress. It’s simple, non-invasive, and especially effective for anxiety, phobias, and stuck emotional patterns.

Imago Couple Therapy

Imago helps couples understand the unconscious dynamics at play in their relationship. Together, you’ll explore communication patterns, emotional triggers, and unmet needs — building deeper connection and trust.

Person-Centered

Grounded in empathy and unconditional positive regard, this therapy creates a safe, supportive space where you’re truly seen and heard — without judgment. You lead the way, and the process unfolds at your pace.

Systems Theory

This approach looks at how you exist within a network of relationships — family, community, culture — and how those systems shape your behavior and beliefs. It’s especially helpful for understanding patterns that repeat across generations.
